That's normal. When it happens, stop practicing, bring your palms to the belly, bring your mind deep inside the abdomen, behind the abdominal muscles, and relax for the night.
The nervous system and muscles adjust slowly over weeks and months of practice to handle the stimulation caused by qigong.
After a while, the shaking will stop on its own. Don't worry about it.
