There is no such qigong based on my limited study and understanding!
The only tools I know about are awareness and discipline. When you have this then any qigong (wilth an excelent teacher) will work.
If there is a teacher who claims otherwise, please study with him and if it does not work be sure to ask if you will get your money back.
