There is no such qigong based on my limited study and understanding!
The only tools I know about are awareness and discipline. When you have this then any qigong (wilth an excelent teacher) will work.

If there is a teacher who claims otherwise, please study with him and if it does not work be sure to ask if you will get your money back.

Actually, I would say that any qigong based in traditional theory will regulate the emotions over time.

So long as its not some modernized, fake qigong where you are filling your mind with fantasy, qigong slowly makes you more aware of the present moment, which in turn regulates your emotions.

I'm responding to this rather late, but I hope the OP went to the doctor and got a checkup. Also, for allergies to plants & pollen, Boswellia is quite effective. I take that every spring.

Some people do have to take St. John's Wort on a daily basis - my b/f
is one.

Personally, I am not looking to get the qigong to replace the supplements
I take - I' m expecting it to have a different function.

Good Luck, hope you managed to feel better.
