I've found that while concentrating on an area, I can keep the sensation if i breath in spontaneous chi manner. I sync a laying pose with my concentration and breath. It seems to yield a greater amount of qi feeling. My sifu says "spontaneous qi" is an actual training in taiji. I came across it by accident when i decided to make up my own moves for training purposes. I just tell myself "the way to breathe / the way to move / what im supposed to do while concentrating on an area"--then do it. When i apply spontaneous qi breathing to fast form spontaneous qi moves i dont tire until about an hour later. I even apply 5 pound wrist weights to the fast form and it yields the same effect. Any comments on this?
