I came across this Qigong video clip on Metacafe:-

Can any of you identify the Qigong being demonstrated? It reminds me a bit of Tai Chi.

Looks to be a modern mixture of various styles, with a little Bagua in there.

Yeah, It seems pretty much like a New Age stuff - with no lineage or tradition behind. The man at the video speaks that with this exercises "you can expell all the toxins from your body"(or something like this) - Oh really??
