maybe check out spring forest qigong, I know chunyi lin has a bunch of women teachers and women-centered practices. good system from what I can tell (sfq in general) but I'm already immersed in other paths, otherwise I would have given it serious consideration.

Hi

The book "A Woman's Qigong Guide" intertwines pregnancy throughout.
It offers slight modifications to qigong training for pregnancy.
There is a short form offered specifically for pregnancy.
There is advice for mothers and a discussion of breast milk.

A woman should be active as she is capable but I think that qigong may be too much since the individual may not be accoustomed to such activity.
Basic stretching as capablility permits is within the normal routine!

A woman can still nuture "yin" by conserving energy while being yang as possible with simple walking and stretching within her usual routine!
