Hi all
been practicing Tai Chi for over 13 years, now with no instructor (he emmigrated) and i need some advice where to go next with my training, I need to internalise.
Would yi jin jing (muscle Tendon) exercises or YJM's Nei Dan exercises be better? Ive also read mantak chia's books on the subject.
Any thoughts?

Figure out what your goal is, then find the technique to get there
What is the goal of YJJ? What is the goal of Nei Dan? Do you need something else, even?
