There is General Exercises after meditation set in the book "Qi gong for health and martial arts" (2-end edition) on the page 100. I am trying to do such set after Small Circulation and massage practice.
I have a problem only with exercise 3.
3.Stretch your chest by clasping your hands behind your back and thrusting the chest as far forward as possible(Figure3-49).
There is no clear image of hands position in the book.
Question.
What is the correct position of hands in the exercise 3?
Is it left-right symmetrical (like in Figure3-52) or non left-right symmetrical(like in Figure2-39)?
I am trying to do exercise 3 around half year. Now I realised that my way of clasping hands maybe was seriously different from Figure 3-49. I am locking my fingers like in Figure 3-49 only fingers up and palm pressed together, and of course the hands behind the back.(the reason -I am doing such instinctively).
Please, give more detailed explanation of hands position in exercise 3?
