Me personally, I like including sitting meditation, various moving qigong sets, standing on stake, and Taijiquan in my daily practice. If I wait 24 hours I feel normal after my workout. If i do it before 24 hours, I ussually feel drained by my workout. Dr. Yang (in his book Qigong for health and martial arts) said something like doing Qigong too soon after sex is like trying to do 100 pushups after lifting wieghts, and thats how I feel when I do it too soon. Me personally, I feel its best for you to try it out and see what works best for you. Different people have different results from sex. Some steal their partners energy and feel energized, some give thier energy and feel drained in the legs, some ejaculate too frequently and feel sleepy or completely drained all the time, and some dont feel any different after sex. So to tell you the truth, no one knows you better than you.
