I think it makes no difference.

If one does not have a libido then Dr Yang's advice will be wonderful.
For an average person, moderation in practice is a proper way of training.
Forcing a thing is against the prinicples of neiyanggong practices.

You know I've heard its possible to orgasm without ejaculating. But it's not easy.

I've done a little reading on the subject, and I learned that orgasm and ejaculation don't have to go hand in hand. When you orgasm the pubuocoxugeous muscle spasms, which pushes the semen out, but with enough mental discipline you can will the muscle not to spasm when you orgasm.

I thought about whether this would be retrgress ejaculation, but I think it would be something different, because rather then pushing the semen somewhere else, your just not moving it in the first place.

I'm thinking this would take care of the problem, though its not easy. You have to strengthen the muscle before you can do it anyways, but I thought it deserved a place in this debate.

(P.S this also means the man can achieve multiple orgasms, someone please tell me whether this would be the same as retrogress ejaculation)
