San Gong

Postby Yue » Sun Dec 09, 2007 7:27 pm

As far as I understand it, san gong is caused by either practicing external martial arts for a long time without soft aspects or by practicing too much hard qigong. What kinds of qigong help prevent san gong?
Anything goes.

soft qigong that are practiced in movement, massage, taijiquan.

With hard qigong, you should practice as much soft as you trained hard. IE if you did 30min of hard qigong, you should follow with at least 30min of soft qigong.
