My friend is doing next ku ja chuan a qigong style. But the teatcher doen't know whitch style it is. Bad teacher.

I told him, you must do the eight pieces of brocade.

eight pieces of brocade are very sharp? in my perception they must be used only by peoples that allready builded balls and connections of different color? such peoples can simply sit move for a little fingers or arms or legs but internaly there is very powerful sense - don't know wether they have also physical expression - breaking of hard things (stones or balls) ... in yourtube there were such sitting peoples

i haven't found them now (forgot key words). if you ask me, i have only burned the copies on cd, but try this ones (keywords were wu dang, qi gong )
