Wrist pain after White Crane Hard Qigong ?

Postby martin_bg » Sat Jun 30, 2007 11:13 am

After practising the Crane Strenght Gong I have some wrist pain. Is this normal or my practise is too much ?

Too much! Qigong should never cause pain.

Develop more gradually.

Thank you very much for your answer. That was my first thought, but I continued my practice because the next I thought was that it's because of the construction of my body - I have very weak wrists. And because the pain appeared 'after' the training and not 'during' the training... Now I realise that I was too enthusiastic and that my approach should be more soft and slow.

Thanks again,
Martin
