Hi guys, I am new to the forum and I am looking forward to gaining much knowledge and wisdom from you. I am just getting started in Qigong so forgive me if I ask ignorant questions from time to time. Wisdom tells me I need a teacher o get started correctly. Does anyone know of good Qigong teachers in Irvine/Tustin area? I don't really care what form of Qigong just as long as the teacher is good. Also, there is a Qigong seminar for Jeff Primack coming up in August that I was thinking about going to. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge about Jeff and his teachings. Thanks guys.

I haven't seen Jeff's stuff personally, but it seems to be a pretty traditional system, and they have a good focus on nutrition...which is an important aspect of qigong - which is really a lifestyle, not just a set of exercises you follow occassionally.
You can learn very strong fundamentals thanks to Dr. Yang, with these:
