Dr.Yang's 8 Pieces of Brocade DVD, a question

I highly recommend this very well done DVD for health healing and maintance.

On part of it Dr. Yang says do this between 12 midnight and 12 p.m. because the focus is on healing the 5 yin organs. My question is what do I do during the P.M. period (yang takes over) to let go of daily stress?

You can still practice the 8 Brocades during the PM hours. Or you can just practice abdominal breathing, or tai chi, or meditate.
