I've ordered the following books:

The Root of Chinese Qigong: Secrets of Health, Longevity, & Enlightenment
Qigong, The Secret of Youth
Qigong Meditation: Small Circulation
Qigong Meditation: Embryonic Breathing

I am going to begin an academic study of this material. What is the best suggested order to study the above?

- The Root of Chinese Qigong
- Embryonic Breathing
- Small Circulation
- (Grand Circulation = publication date is around 2009-2010)

- The Secret of Youth (advice: only study under qualified instructor)
