Hi,
Have been practicing tai chi/qigong for about 6 months now. Have heard various takes on how far to keep feet apart, i.e. whatever feels comfy, shoulder width, one and a half shoulder width.
I find that if I put my feet at shoulder width my knees feel a lot of tension, while if they are a bit further apart the ball/instep of my foot seems to bear most of my body's weight...which seems to be giving me some foot pain in that area when I am wearing shoes.
Thoughts?
