Postby LuBin » Tue Feb 28, 2006 3:56 pm

Does anyone know of a good qigong for health and longevity? Has anyone bought and done the exercises in YMAA book Qigong Secret of Youth?

Thanks

Of course.
You easily recognize that qigong as it meets two criteria:
1. Good (experienced) teacher to guide you, and/or your knowledge about what you are doing
2. Neverendingpractice ;)

Qigong - The Secret of Youth is a book about advanced and somewhat esoteric Qigong for the pursuit of enlightenment.

What you're looking for is:

This is an excellent set of Qigong for promoting excellent health and longevity. You'll notice dramatic effects after one month of training this set 3 times a week. Better results if you practice daily.

Enjoy!

I agree with the above "bone marrow washing" alittle advanced in the beginning, Eight Simple exercises is excellent... "Buy the DVD and Book Together" they compliment each other.

Hong Chao Zhangs "15 minutes to health" is a great VIDEO, I dont think it's on DVD as of yet, a very practical set and he is a Master with a lifetime of expierence also.
