I'm doing some warming-up and stretching for about 5-10 minutes, then walking qigong (forwards and backwards) for about 5 minutes, and then my form, non stop, for about 20 minutes. If I have time I practice individual movements as well, paying attention to different things, posture, breathing etc. I finally do around 10 minutes qigong.

I like to end each workoust by picking one or two individual movements like Wave Hands Like Clouds or Step Back, Repulse the Monkey, and I'll do it over and over again one both sides at varying speeds and rythyms.
The smallest truths are often the biggest secrets.
