Master Helen Liang from Vancouver has created a new Tai Chi video with details specific for women's most common health issues, like bone density, stress, heart disease and more. She uses a short form and focuses on a slower-paced relaxing workout for ladies. I'm super excited!

Tai Chi also be used as women's Self Defense in combination with Judo (Wrestling)
