Lee style (taijiquan?)

This style appears to be inauthentic to me for several reasons, but is worth taking a look at.

If you had an opportunity to expand on this topic previously than I unfortunately missed it. Even if the style was inauthentic, I would argue that there were some benefits as long as it were not practiced in a way that is at all harmful.

That being said, I had one problem with a claim that I would like to ask you about. Apparently Chee Soo claims that there is a 3000-year history of Lee-style in its present form, but wouldn't this predate the present styles of practiced T'ai Chi Ch'uan? The commentary in one of those articles regarding the Chen village seems to suggest this same point.

Nevertheless attacks against another style are fruitless, and Chee Soo may very well have done a lot of good to spread at least some form of practice.
