Hello all,
Can someone tell me about shaolin Rou Quan, can it be practiced like a tai chi form?

Yes and no. It has old techniques in it but I'm not shore if its a newer attempt to incorporate Taiji principles. It is seems to be very similar in some respects to Taiji and different in others. It would have many of the health benefits but it would be a false start to view it as the same. Do you have a teacher lined up and what is your martial arts skill level?
