I doubt it,

The taiji fan form I am aware of is an adaptation of the michuan sword form, this adaptation was made by Wang Yen Nien,

Was it you, Master Wang, who created the Yen-nien Taiji Fan?

Yes. In Taiwan many people practice sword, saber, stick, taijiquan, even fan. My students often asked, «Master Wang, when are you going to teach us fan?» Fan is considered an unusual weapon (qibing). Usually these types of «odd» weapons are not traditional weapons handed down over the centuries so I used my decades of experience practicing sword, saber, stick, taijiquan,..., to create a fan form.

At first, because we practice taijiquan, I wanted to call it simply Taiji Fan. Then students suggested that since my name is «Yen-nien» (extended years, or long life) and since we practice fan for better health and long life, why not call it Yen-nien Taiji Fan. And so we did. It took me about one year to develop.

I wanted the fan form to reflect practice and applications united. It is not meant to be beautiful. You can, however, develop gongfu with it. Fan dance is very popular these days and many fan dances are beautiful to watch. But we do not want to transform taijiquan into dance; we would like to keep it in the realm of enabling us to develop gongfu.

if you know enough about taiji then seeing these should be all you need to learn the form one step at a time
one could also incorporate the fan into the public form, much the same as one can use most any weapon with the same moves, spear, stick, staff, sword, knife, club, rocks, Baoding Balls, vajra etc, most any weapon can be inserted into the common forms without any trouble or change, that is if you know the forms well enough to understand the mechanics, principals and energies, that is because the 8 energies of the 13 postures are the same, no matter what weapon, form or style you train

while the external varies from school to school, the internal hardly varies at all
