reveresed breathing

Postby ynze » Fri Feb 15, 2008 7:19 am

Hello,
maybe a stupid question, but I'm puzzled nonetheless.
Mostly in books and on forums when they tell you to do reveresed breathing, they just say its the opposite of natural breathing.
One book though gives me a xtended description:
First contract the lower abdoman, then inhale. Hold breath for a short while, then exhale and let the ower abdoman go.
(this feels a little forced)

What do you think is the proper way to breath while doing the form???

during the form you must try to be as soft and relax as possible and natural. This breathing is a specific kind of qigong.
