I love Taiji Yin Yang Symbol Sticking Hands training. Those who attended the earlier Training Camps in CA can attest that the hours of solo and partner Sticking Hands we practiced daily gives a deeper feeling of Qi, and the "threaded-together" connection of the body. It leads to an understanding of the concepts of listening, adhering, neutralizing, and Jin.

Its also very pleasant training that builds the entire body gradually.

Yes, this is good stuff. It really brings the silk reeling into the push hands. Glad you found the diagram of use. :)

BTW, love the rat in the header. Nice touch.
