Will DVD/Videos Help?

Postby beaglegod » Fri Aug 19, 2005 2:52 am

I studied Wu style Tai Chi Chaun years ago and but only for about a year and a half, life got in the way and I wound up forgetting so much of what I had learned. Right now with work and a new baby I would find it difficult to be regular at a school. Are any of the instruction DVDs capable of giving me some good training? If so wich would be apropriate for someone with only a years worth of tai chi training?

This is a popular topic. The usual answer is yes, get a video AND find a teacher to check your progress. Good luck!
