i am not expert in this but you can try this: train with a calm mind. do the movements slowly in the beginning and later train faster.

i beleive a calm mind is achieved by not forcing it. one thing that makes it not calm at all is fear.

later you can train during stress and still keep your mind calm. this means you should train with a partner.

Krav Maga schools don't tend to teach or think of internal strength. They solely focus on using martial arts for street fighting/defense. I think Krav Maga is great for that. I gave Krav Maga training a try and I enjoyed it a lot.

To get the internal aspect you may want to get into Chi Gung or Tai Chi. Wing Chun can take you deep internally while getting practical combat principles.

Probably you may want to train in Krav Maga, Tai Chi/Chi Gung and Wing Chun to get the combination of those aspects or features of martial arts you're looking for.
