White Crane DVD's

I have all Dr Yang's excellent White Crane DVD's and was wondering if anyone knows of other crane teachers putting out DVDs?

I know Wing Lame has done a Hung Gar crane form DVD and although this is some what different I thought it might be a useful training set for balance and the crane claw http://www.wle.com/products/VHG26D.html. Any thoughts?

I also found five ancestor DVD's http://yap.myzen.co.uk/shop/index.php?c ... 453835804c although I don't know how good they are it could be useful.

Also would Wing Lame's butterfly palm form be similar to Dr Yang's? http://www.wle.com/products/VHG09D.html

I have been watching the YMAA 25 year DVD and it has improved my crane no end

My jing has improved as I finally have gotten the the wave concept to work for me. On the standard punching I was tending to throw out before the power was ready now the fist comes out after the energy reaches my shoulders I have a lot more jing. That disk has loads on it if you are willing to watch through it and really pay attention, especially in the SA summer camps documentary.
