Wudang Kung Fu

Wudang kung fu is very fascinating, I have been learning a lot about its relationship to Shaolin, and how it developed over the centuries.

Very excited about this new program, and all of his stuff:

I know it says "Wudang Kung Fu Fundamental Training", but after viewing the preview video it appears fairly advanced (spinning kicks for instance). So would a more advanced level of martial skill and physical fitness be required to perform the demonstrations and form in this DVD? Not for absolute beginners, right? Or is it a progressive sequence? Just curious...

This is the actual fundamental training used at Wudang mountain for beginning students. Its not easy.

So, yes, its for beginners. And yes, it takes a while to condition the body into these stretches, stances, kicks. He mentions this in the program, and repeatedly warns about over-training and 'listening to your own body' soas to naturally progress.
