Hello,
I have been using the videos on Long Fist and White Crane and really enjoyed them. I have had a martial arts hiatus for a few years from a different style of Kung Fu and have no instructors nearby and diffucult hours as well. I have been using the Stripe/Rank requirements as a general guide to give me direction in my training. I came across the Fighting forms (Pan Shou), such as Shuang Chan Shou (Double sticking hand) and such and wondered if these were included in the tapes or maybe shown but not named.
Thank you and good training.

I dunno.
It's a FF with upper/lower double strike with double block and the arms/hands are always in contact.

it's a rather soft one where you need a lot of chest motion.
