Hey
After a long time I'm back again. I don't train ku jia chuan, but I chainch. Since a week or 3 I'm doing Jeet kune do. It's a diffrent martial style.
We trained pak sao and lop sao, we fight (sparring), learn the on gard position, stike and other things.

Yesterday we learn low kicks an stop kicks. We always learn the reaction and speed.
