The way to test something is to compare to a known standard and see how it pans out! Does iron body work and what purpose does it serve?
Here is an example of what I mean!
1. Take someone trained in iron body and put him up against a TKD practitioner. Who will win?
2. Try the same thing with a wrestler! Who will prevail
I see Iron Body as a general all purpose regimen to complement physical conditioning as opposed to a superior one size fit all purpose tool!
If done for personal training or similar activity then no need to big it up for public consumption. In today's milieu, I see it as more of a health and immunity enhancing activity.

Good point.
To each his/her own of course, but Iron Shirt should be trained very carefully, for health purposes, or spiritual cultivation.
Not something to toy with casually.
