Long Fist Crab Walking

Postby Yue » Sun Aug 12, 2007 12:56 pm

Can someone please explain this to me? I got Dr. Yang's old Long Fist book, and it mentions an "extremely useful" moving form called Crab Walking or Cladestine Steps, but it doesn't really explain how one uses it. I know you start in Dsao Pan Bu (Sitting with Crossed Legs stance) and then move by "continuously crossing the legs". What does that mean? How do I do this?
Anything goes.

ma bu, zuo pan pu, ma bu, zuo pan bu, ma bu, zuo pan bu. First train going on a straight line, then try to move in every direction.
"Turn your butt!"
