Baihequan... Is there a video/dvd/online demo??

I have taken a few seminars years ago when a Master came to Norfolk..

I need a refresher but can't find anything online

I once saw video footage of the late Grandmaster Huang performing Central Frame.absolutely beautiful..but sadly that video is long gone..can anyone help please please please

1st, try to avoid double post. One is enough and shall be seen.

2nd: Master Yang has released a white crane dvd with much of the basics moves and also a white crane qigong dvd. Otherwise, in the "media" section of this website, you can find 2 different videos of Master Yang performing a white crane form called Yao Gu; and there's the two short rods form performed by Master Yang and Tai N'Go.

You can try searching www.youtube.com one can find interstinf stuff there.
