I am a Screen Actors Guild member. I don't think Black Salt productions do S.A.G. contracts from what I could see from the website. I am restricted to S.A.G. productions only when it concerns performing for anything preserved on videos that will be making profit. My S.A.G. membership prevents me from performing in anymore YMAA instructional videos since my joining of S.A.G. in 2003.

But please correct me if Black Salt does do S.A.G. contracts.

sounds like an interesting project.

walter, i'd be really surprised if this was a non-union project. they sound very serious about their marketing campaign and attracting investors. basically, they are trying to make black salt into a brand, which they won't be able to do without good actors.

that's not to say non-union actors stink...i actually think a lot are better than union actors...but the chances of getting what you want are much greater with sag.

I'll call the SAG office of Boston to see if Black Salt signed papers with SAG.
