Hi,

im currently studying tai chi, but am also interested in starting kung fu. Would there be a conflict in my training, or would both styles compliment each other?

Many Thanks

as with all things, trying to do two things at once will slow you down slightly, because you just won't have as much time for each. but taiji and shaolin practice will definitely complement each other, and i think it will deepen your understand of each if you practice both. i say go for it, but be prepared for some frustrating moments.

Hmmm...didn't seem to be a problem for Dr. yang, Jwing-Ming...
