Res Publica means Public Issue and was founded by Lucius Junius Brutus from Rome around 509 BC around the same time when Cleisthenes of Athens founded the first Democracy around 508/7 BC.

The Pre-Roman Prefecture Veneto was founded by Trojans led by Prince Antenor a comrad of Aeneas (1200 BC), the descendants of Aeneas were Numitor, Amulius, Rhea Silvia, Romulus and Remus. Romulus and Remus built a new city on Palatine Hill, Romulus and Remus had a quarrel resulting in a fight where Remus was killed. Romulus then called the new city Rome on the 21nd of April 753 BC and built the first Roman Senate with Romulus as the first King of Rome, centuries passed and Rome had 7 Kings. Lucius Tarquinius Superbus the 7th King of Rome was a tyrant who raped a noblewoman called Lucretia who then killed herself, the population of Rome became outraged and sought to overthrow Superbus the 7th King of Rome.

Then came Lucius Junius Brutus who led the revolt against Superbus and founded the World's First Republic, no longer was it allowed for Rome to be governed by a Singular Authority. So the Republic was led by 2 Consuls and a Senate consisting of Old Wisemen, the appointment was that during times of War would the Republic appoint 1 Consul as Dictator who would serve as Spokesperson of the Republic during the span of a War. Which means that when the War was over, the Dictator would become a Consul again and Rome would again be ruled by 2 Consuls. The Roman Republic frequently was attacked by Celts, Phoenicians and Germans, when Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus was warring in Spain to confront the Phoenicians he received a Reputation of being a Savior because of his Humanitarian Missions.

The Roman Republic became expansionistic, they brought the gift of Romanization and Humanitas closer to the primitive tribes of Ancient Europe. The Roman Republic regarded themselves as Civilized, so the early tribes of Europe were Romanised by the Republic through Roman Civilization and Humanism. At the end of 82 BC and the beginning of 81 BC did the Roman Senate promote Lucius Cornelius Sulla Felix as Dictator of Rome, Sulla fought many wars and annihalated his Political Enemies through a reign based upon bloodshed. Gaius Julius Caesar also became Dictator of Rome and fought many battles, we can learn from the Livius that the Roman Republic opposed War Crimes. The Roman Republic regarded Caesar as a War Criminal, eventually was Caesar assassinated by the Roman Senate led by Marcus Junius Brutus the Younger who claimed to assassinated Caesar to safe the Republic which was founded by his ancestor Lucius Junius Brutus.

The nephew of Caesar who was called Gaius Octavianus founded the Roman Empire around 27 BC which marked the end of the Republic, the Roman Senate gave Octavianus the name Augustus which can be translated as Venerated. In the Roman Empire became Augustus the term for Emperor and Caesar became the term for Co-Emperor, what you should remember is that the Res Publica was about Expansionism, Romanization, Humanism, Humanitarian Missions and fiercely oppose Tyranny, Singular Authorities and War Crimes.
