My drug in the morning is Oatmeal with 0% Fat Yogurt and Siberian Ginseng Powder, then drink Pink Grapefruit Juice. I know a Nice Shaolin Rice Recipe; Brown Rice, with Goji Berries, Black Beans, Peas, I would add to that Coconut Cream and Massala when it's done add Coconut Powder and Nuts served with Tofu, Sugar Snaps, Korma Curry with Coconut Milk, Chili and Oriental Vegetables.

My best advice is to have a variety of recipes.
