Hey people I had a lot of bad friends, so I made some new friends. Some of them are into spirituality, I myself believe in a higher cause. I'll explain to you how I practice Spirituality, also believe in Magic and that sort of thing.

    #08 - Yoga Butterfly
    #09 - Stretching
    #10 - Meditation underneath a blanket
    #11 - Meditation Pose

Truly I appreciate you sharing this meditation and practice routine with us. I hope that you would not mind if I asked you a few questions about your training at all, as I feel that there is much to learn from you if you don't mind me saying so. Do you practice all of this each day, or do you split it up? How long do you spend on each step? Actually, I have a feeling that it isn't so concrete and that you more fluidly move between each step without such concrete delineations, but perhaps I should give you the opportunity totally to speak for yourself. I'm looking forward to it!

It takes me about 55 minutes to do the whole set, so I listen to long music. Sometimes I work out 2 times per day (110 minutes), but my neck injury was the reason I quit for a month. Now I do this 3 times per week, I should do it 5 times per week and also do Boxing Cardio at the Dojo. Yoga Sun and Moon Salutation I do 10 seconds per position, it's really awesome. My friend meditate for 30 minutes, I meditate about 15 minutes.

It's always nice to hear more about your routines, since you seem so established. Thank you for giving me the lengths of time and such. I've actually been working on worrying less about the length of time with things and more about achieving certain goals. Otherwise I personally find myself in a position where I end up looking at the clock, thinking to myself I only have a few more minutes before I can leave.

I look at the length of a song as time measurement

Would it be okay to ask for a few more music links like you were sharing with us before?
