Update:

Dill and mint goes great with the rice, Lemon Juice belongs on the Calamari.

Thank you again for posting all of these recipes. I'm going to try this one soon, though without the calamari or lemon juice. I don't drink, but I can see where that wine pairing would come from for sure!

The Greek recipe went great, I had Brown Rice with Dill, Mint and Pommegranate Cells with a Greek Salad and Squid Rings, it's really healthy but I like my rice done in a different way. Brown Rice with Massala and Santen is my favorite, the Tandoori recipe I posted earlier am going to try replacing the Tandoori Curry with Korma Curry or Madras Curry. Madras should have Pineapple parts in it I think, Korma I think it tastes good with Muchrooms.

I'm glad that it turned out so great for you; I hope that you'll keep us posted with more recipes occasionally. I'm especially interested in how the Madras turns out in the end. The slightly modified recipe for the Greek Salad that I tried actually came out much better than expected. I'm going to try it again after this weekend.
