I love to listen to music and practice martial arts, including weapons and empty hand form.
I combine dancing with my practice and practice with my dancing.
I listen to music that older folks are not going to like, largely dubstep, mainly because older people never like new music. Some young folks won't like the music either, it is a matter of both taste and familiarity. Like my friend said, I am an immigrant to this, while my kids are natives, having grown up with what I have only gotten used to.
Anyway I love this stuff and am sharing it for those who have an open mind, if you don't like it then no worries. If you do that is great!
