I think I've seen those moves at a club. Little did I know of such martial mastery contained within.

I finally I understand...both form and formlessness....and lake fishing

I think its very important that we don't let this kind of nonsense become the mainstream 'qigong' in the West. Anyone who knows traditional qigong, and taiji forms, please teach them widely; be responsible and help as many other people as you can to understand.

If only the USA wasn't so racist back in the day, Bruce Lee would have been able to star in the TV show that he created for himself, Kung Fu, and David Carradine wouldn't be around to annoy me to this day.
