Advanced practice of sets/forms?

Postby John the Monkey mind » Fri May 02, 2014 6:32 am

An idea for a book or DVD that I would be interested in would be something that covers how to get the most from your forms practice. Alternative footwork, creation of partner and individual drills. A how to book of sorts.
For example this LBQ variation incorporating the bagua https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JizJRMvC2Jc

I would love information explaining how to do that type of adaption among other things. The theory, reasoning and some practical examples :)
