Postby Dvivid » Mon Apr 14, 2014 3:16 pm

Hi,

Im happy to announce I just filmed Dr. Yang's personal daily regimen of qigong, yoga, and acupressure. We'll be releasing it on DVD in July or so, titled (something like ) "12 Meridian Qigong & Yoga". More info to follow.

Hey I didn't see an update from you in the time since this post came around, so I thought I'd ask. Is this the DVD in question?

Hello,

I have a question: how much time does it take to do the routine taught in the DVD?

Thanks!
