I've been practicing the 8 pieces for 2 months now, with the book and dvd. I don't know if it can be, but i feel a strong feeling of hate since i'm practicing this form. What I'm doing wrong? Is the 4th piece related to it? Is the form uncovering feelings I wasn't aware of? I hope with time to regulate the body, the breathing, the mind...but now is quite unbearable.
