I'm usually loath to acknowledge or show any respect towards recently developed martial arts, but there is a rather large nugget of truth in turning a preconditioned human response into a fighting strategy.

The arm movements remind me alot of "Peng" in Taiji, and the revolving motions of the body reminds me alot of both Taiji and Kenpo. I don't like how keeping the arms inside like that block line of sight. I could nitpick all day I guess, I'm no martial arts master though. If it works it works.
