Sort of YMAA in MN

So as always, I'm spending my shift on the overnight here looking up "better" martial arts in MN. Just found a mantis style school here the world headquarters is in St. Paul. Seems as though the Grandmaster has written a book on Chi Kung, and it's been published by YMAA. Name of the style he teaches is Kwong Sai Jook Lum Praying Mantis and he also does the Chi Kung. Guess I was just wondering what ya'll know about this teacher/style or if any of you have his book, this may just be the class I'm looking for...
