I grew up with archeology because of my mom worked for a museum, so when I was 3 years was I already playing with artifacts and reading books about ancient history and archeology. When I recently saw the Bhimbetka Cave Paintings, that's when I realised that India were domesticating horses long before people thought. They found Cro Magnon remains in the Czech Republic which date to 24,000 and 27,000 years old, they found Mamoth Bones there also. The Lascaux Caves are estimated to be 17,300 years old, like you said.
I posted a topic about the evolution of Humanity on another forum, I'll forward it to this topic.
